The story is a bit of a parody of Sailormoon and the events that occured during the silver millenium. Bulma is the moon princess of Vegetasei's Moon. Vegeta is of course the saiyan prince. And then theres the evil goddess of Vegetasei named.....well Vegetasei

I've seen this picture before. The original artist's name is Brandy. It says so right there. I believe she drew this for a story she was writing.
